Website hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts and delivers this website. When a visitor requests a page or asset, Cloudflare may process technical information associated with the request and service delivery, such as:

• IP address
• Requested URL or path
• Request and response information
• Traffic-routing information
• Browser, device, or system-configuration information
• Security, reliability, caching, and network-delivery information

Network Error Logging

Cloudflare may include Network Error Logging (NEL) and Report-To response headers. If a compatible browser encounters a qualifying network error, the browser may send a diagnostic report to the Cloudflare endpoint identified in those headers. A report is not necessarily sent for every successful visit, and Agent & I has not configured a separate analytics product for this purpose.

Cloudflare documents that its NEL processing may derive network and coarse geographic information from a report's client IP, including client ASN, country, and metro area. Cloudflare also documents that the client IP is handled transiently within its NEL reporting pipeline.

Business email

Messages sent to hello@agentandi.co or privacy@agentandi.co are handled through Google Workspace.

Google may process message, account, and related service data as part of providing the email service.

How information may be used

Agent & I may use information sent by email for:

• Responding to inquiries
• Understanding the workflow, project, or service requested
• Communicating about a potential or active engagement
• Maintaining appropriate business records
• Protecting the site, preventing misuse, or complying with applicable legal obligations when necessary

Service providers and disclosures

Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website and provide business email, including Cloudflare and Google Workspace.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary for the following purposes:

Sensitive information

Do not send highly sensitive information through ordinary email unless Agent & I has specifically requested it and provided an appropriate secure method. This website does not currently provide a secure file-upload channel.
